The 30 Day Yoga Challenge helps you to establish a daily practice. You can choose from one of the short asana practices (between 14 and 24 minutes long) or guided meditations*. You'll also need to read your daily contemplation. You will nurture discipline, build strength, increase your flexibility, feel more positive as well as improve your focus. SUITABLE FOR ALL LEVELS. * If you will be attending a longer yoga class (online or in a studio) on any particular day, you don't need to do one of these asana or meditation practices as well (but you can if you want to!).
