Class passes are valid for the current term only (Autumn '19 class passes will expire on 21 December '19; Winter '20 class passes expire on 1 April '20).
Classes may not be carried over to the following term, however missed classes can be made up by attending one of the other classes on offer during the current term.
Class passes are non-transferable, non-refundable & non-extendable.
Class pass refunds will not be issued after the term has commenced.
Workshop refunds will not be issued seven days before the event.
Retreat deposit is non-refundable. See below for full retreat T&Cs.
Workshop & retreat places may be transferred to another student (less your deposit).
WEDNESDAY CLASS BOOKING
If you pay for the full term (or rest of the term if you join part way through), your space is confirmed.
If you pay for a block of classes, please tell me which classes you cannot attend in advance if possible, or no later than 5pm on the day.
If you cannot attend the Wednesday class, please let me know by 5pm and you can then make up your missed class at another location during the current term.
If you do not let me know by 5pm on the day and your space is not filled, this will be deducted from your class pass.
If you are making up a missed Saturday class, please contact me to ask if there is a space and I will pop your name on the waiting list.
If you are a drop-in student, please email or text me each Wednesday and I confirm if there is a space for you.
Please complete the health form prior to your first class.
It is your responsibility to inform the teacher of you have any injuries or ailments that may affect your practice prior to the start of each class so that suitable modifications can be provided.
Participation in online classes is entirely at your own risk. Any loss, damage, injury or any other mishap will not be the responsibility of the teacher. Don’t start any exercise or fitness program without carefully assessing your own state of health and physical condition including age, illnesses or injuries that you have had or are recovering from. If in doubt, seek advice from your GP. Practice yoga mindfully and intelligently.
Please bring your own yoga mat and blanket, or you can purchase a mat through me for £15. A bolster is very useful (but no essential) and you can order one through me. All other props are provided.
Please arrive 10 minutes before the class so that you can set up your mat and props.
Please turn your mobile phone off before the class starts.
It is advisable not to eat two-three hours before practicing yoga.
It is advisable not to drink water 30 minutes before or after practicing yoga so that you can build prana. However, if you do need water then obviously please do so!
I will endeavour to teach all scheduled classes, however this may not always be possible.
£150 non-refundable deposit to secure your place
60 days or more prior to the retreat date: your entire payment will be refunded, less £150 which is your deposit
59-30 days prior to the retreat date: payments are not refundable, but transferable (less deposit) to another student if the space can be filled.
29 days or less prior to the retreat date: payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
