What is Yoga?
The practice of yoga is so much more than doing asanas (postures). It also includes pranayama (breath work), meditation, chanting and deep relaxation.
Yoga can be brought into all aspects of our daily lives, and so can enhance our approach towards life and our levels of awareness and presence in the world.

I am a true believer that people come into our lives when we need them most. This can definitely be said for Lauren.
