I am thrilled to be running my second day retreat at this beautiful location. I will be leading a delicious practice of both dynamic and restorative yoga, pranayama and meditation in the morning.  

 

The afternoon will be a real treat for us all... Junior Valentine will be leading us through a cacao ceremony and gong bath. Junior is a sound healer, yoga teacher and reiki practitioner, so you will be in fantastic hands.

Cacao ceremonies are a type of shamanic healing – which is one of the oldest holistic healing practices used by indigenous cultures all over the world. These types of healing ceremonies work with rebalancing energies in the body to regain health.

 

A gong bath is a sound massage for the body, mind & soul. Gongs can kick-start the process of healing, but facilitate letting go. All you have to do is lie down comfortably and let the waves of sound transport you into a deeply relaxed state.

50% Day Retreat deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances (unless I or the venue have to cancel).

Up to 15 days prior to the retreat date, payment is refundable (less 50% deposit).

14-8 days prior to the retreat, you may transfer your space (less the 50% deposit) to another student provided it can be filled. 

7 days & less prior to day retreat: payment is non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.
