Vinyasa Flow Yoga incorporates the dynamic synchronicity of body movement & rhythm of breath. We flow with intention & grace through a variety of asanas (postures), practice pranayama (breathing techniques), meditation & deep relaxation. When combined, these elements serve to cultivate physical strength, flexibility & energy as well as a deep, inner steadiness, beauty, freedom, peace & happiness. Yoga can be brought into all aspects of our existence & so can enhance a positive approach to life & our levels of awareness & presence in the world.
