Yoga Workshops
Deepen Your Practice at our Yoga Workshops
FOOT & LOWER LEG WORKSHOP
We use balls to release the fascia and muscles in our feet and legs (if there's time we'll do a bit in the glutes and potentially IT band as well). Ball therapy eases the discomfort we feel from having tight fascia, which can sometimes contribute to foot, knee and / or hip issues.

@ Ashtead Cricket Club
COST
£20 (including one ball for your feet to practice at home with)

NEW YEAR'S WORKSHOP TO ILLUMINATE & INSPIRE
Join me for this exciting workshop to illuminate your being by clearing stagnant energy through our asana practice, which will be set to uplifting music; breathing mindfully to revitalise you; and getting your creative juices flowing through contemplations!
