Deepen Your Practice at our Yoga Workshops
We tend to focus on a specific body part such as shoulders, hips or backbends in our yoga workshops. Or sometimes we'll cover a topic such as the energy body, or how to keep the immune system fighting fit during the autumn and winter. The knowledge you obtain in yoga workshops is invaluable and can be applied not just on your mat but in life as well.
INVERSIONS WORKSHOP - ALL LEVELS
In this workshop, we'll open the body with an asana practice as well as to activate & strengthen the necessary muscles to support you in various inversions. You'll also learn which props to use to safely practice poses such as downward facing dog, headstand (Sirsasana I and II), forearm balance and shoulderstand.
