MENOPAUSE YOGA COURSE IN ASHTEAD

 

UNIQUE WOMEN'S CIRCLE TO EMPOWER YOURSELF THROUGH KNOWLEDGE & PRACTICE

I am delighted to be offering unique workshops to educate & empower women about all stages of The Menopause. All women are welcome, regardless of the stage you are in: pre-menopause, peri-menopause, menopause or post-menopause. Each workshop will cover a specific topic (see below). The classes will be slow & mindful, giving you time and space for yourself to embody the specially designed practices for each topic. There will be time for women to share their experiences (if they wish) and to ask questions. These women's circles are a wonderful way to support each another and to embrace the changes the occur in our minds, bodies and emotions.

25 February - Menopause Yoga for Hot Flushes

25 March - Menopause Yoga for Menopause Rage & Irritability

22 April - Menopause Yoga for Strength & Empowerment

INVESTMENT

£120 for all four workshops (priority given to those who book the full course)

£35 per workshop

WHAT TO BRING

Due to Covid, I unfortunately no longer provide props.

Yoga mat, yoga strap, 2 yoga bricks, 2 yoga blocks, yoga bolster, eye pillow, 2 chunky blankets (ones from home are fine)
